I’ve been able to deliver some amazing (sometimes award-winning) projects, working alongside a mix of unbelievably talented people through the teams I’ve led, the agencies I’ve managed and the partnerships I’ve overseen.

The team I lead and I, are responsible for global digital comms, campaigning & engagement activities; leading large-scale, strategic projects across WWF’s 90+ markets. We seek to drive innovation, engagement, brand affiliation & public mobilisation. Successes include:
Development and rollout of WWF’s new global digital strategy
Delivery of the record-breaking Earth Hour 2022: achieving 10 billion+ impressions
Production of the media-generating OOH ‘Montreal Projection’ PR stunt
Development of the ground-breaking #WorldWithoutNature brand activation

Specialising in the production and management of engagement and mobilisation activities, I led multi-disciplinary teams through complex, innovative, and award-winning projects, including:
The Webby award-winning “Our Planet” digital partnership with Netflix, including the development of the website, social content campaign, and citizen-science app: Seek.
Delivery of the first-of-its-kind multi-channel advocacy campaign, Voice for the Planet, including the production of an experiential installation at its launch at WEF’s Davos event.

The new wwf.org.uk website including the development of - and migration to - a new CMS
WWF’s first standardised digital design framework spanning web, social & email

I led the team responsible for delivering digital content and products, focusing on improving user experience & engagement across WWF UK’s digital portfolio. While in post I:
Managed wwf.org.uk, including the fundraising, shop and campaign sites
Produced and delivered the first ever ‘Earth Hour Live’, partnering with YouTube to beta test their new streaming technology
Oversaw production and launch the Arctic Home AR installations as part of the Coca-cola partnership

Product design of a new virtual adoption product
Redeveloping the donation platform and conversion funnel
